Al-Anon Group Records
Read the Instructions for using the Al-Anon Group Change Form.
Use the following forms to update your Group information with the Area Group Records Coordinator, your local AIS, and WSO.
Al-Anon Group Change
- Meeting information: location and times
- Service positions: Group Representative (GR and ADR), Information Services Representative (ISR and AISR), Current Mailing Address (CMA), Secretary, and Treasurer.
Register a new Al-Anon group
- Meeting information: location and times
- Service positions: Group Representative (GR and ADR), Information Services Representative (ISR and AISR), Current Mailing Address (CMA), Secretary, and Treasurer.
Area Service Position
- District Representative (DR and ADR)
- District Alateen Liaison (DAL)
- Convention Chair
To register or submit updates for an Alateen meeting, you must complete the Alateen Registration/Group Records Change Form (GR-3).
If you are registering as a new Group Representative, you must be a resident of the California South World Service Area (Southern California) and you must register for your service term:
By the first Saturday in May in order to vote at the May Assembly.
Or
By the first Saturday in November in order to vote at the November Assembly.
