Use this form to submit your District, Coordinator, Intergroup, or Convention Chair report for the AWSC and Assembly Meetings to the Bulletin Coordinator. 

You can submit your report at any time before an Assembly or AWSC meeting. Reports must be received within 2 weeks after a meeting so the Bulletin can be published on time. 

These reports are published in the Bulletin after every Assembly and AWSC meeting.
