When you submit the information to SCWS, the Area Alateen Process Person accesses the WSO database directly and makes all changes. There is no need to submit the same information twice.

This form is only used for Alateen meetings. To register or submit updates for an Al-Anon meeting, you must complete the Al-Anon Registration/Group Records Change Form (GR-1) found here.

If you are registering as a new Group Representative, you must register:

  • by the first Saturday of May in order to vote at the May Assembly.
  • by the first Saturday of November in order to vote at the November Assembly.

The Area Assemblies are held on the third Saturdays of May and November.
